Project Description
In order to enhance the quality of public services, particularly in water supply, the Municipal Water Company (PDAM) @pambandarmasih in Banjarmasin
continues to develop its water treatment facilities. In September 2022, Syntek provided a PLC-based monitoring and control system for the operation of Clarifier unit 4 at IPA 2 plant.
This system aims to facilitate the operator team in controlling and reviewing the production performance of one of the units in IPA 2.
The PLC panel is responsible for regulating the periodic discharge of sludge and capturing water quality measurement data before and after the sedimentation
& flocculation processes in Clarifier unit 4. This system is also integrated with the existing SCADA, allowing for maximized utilization of existing automation facilities.
This project has further established Syntek Energy & Control’s reputation in control system work across various industrial sectors.
