Project Manager – Instrument & Control System

 (5-9  Years Experience)

Scope of Work

  • Supervise and Review Engineering & Design process and deliverables
  • Develop solution based on Technical Requirements
  • Technical Discussions & Presentations with Clients and other third parties
  • Participate in long-term Research and Development Strategy with Founders and Executives
  • Create, evaluate, and ensure proper implementation of company internal policies
  • Coach engineers for technical and non-technical skills
  • Organize operational culture / habit to ensure high performance standard from all employees, which includes upholding teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive result, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Electrical / Physics Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience
  • Field installation & commissioning experience is a must
  • Fluent in English. TOEFL score >500 / equivalent
  • Engineering / Drafting experience is a must
  • Hands-on programming experience is a must
  • Age 26-35 years old

  • Strong judgment and strategic thinking
  • Good presentation and negotiation skill
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills. Natural born leader
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure

Plus Point if you

  • Graduated from Top Universities
  • Have experience leading a team of engineer
  • Have hands-on experience with hardware (motor control, distribution board, panel-making, instrumentation, encoder, etc)
  • Have understanding on process in manufacturing or industry, e.g. paper mill, water treatment, chemical, etc
