Project Description
The Motor Control Center (MCC) panel is a system used to regulate the operation of industrial motors. In 2018, Syntek designed a control panel and MCC for the process automation of a petrochemical plant in the Batam region of Riau Islands. In the following year, Syntek also designed MCC panels for wastewater treatment plant (IPAL) pumps in the Pertamina Balongan area.
We managed to maintain the quality of design standards by involving safety factors in the calculation and selection of component technical specifications. In addition, we involve the ease of operation factor through the touchscreen HMI with the aim of reducing the occurrence of operating errors by operators. This combination of best design and engineering practice is an added value that Syntek provides to customers consistently and continuously.
