Project Description
PT PLN (PERSERO) UP2D S2JB has appointed Syntek to carry out the installation of SCADA facilities at 8 Gardu Hubung (interconnection substations) located across Palembang, South Sumatra. The SCADA system was successfully installed in May 2023 and operates 24/7 to control the distribution of medium voltage electricity of 20 kV to customers.
With the installation of these facilities, PLN UP2D S2JB can quickly detect any anomalies or abnormal statuses at the dispersed Gardu Hubung sites, thus minimizing downtime. This further enhances the reliability and efficiency of electricity supply services.
The success of this project strengthens Syntek’s position as a trusted partner in providing SCADA solutions for electricity distribution needs in Indonesia.
