Project Description
Syntek Energy & Control supports EMITS in providing an Energy Management System (EMS) for operating renewable energy facilities in the Kideco mining area, Batu Kajang, Paser Regency, East Kalimantan.
The EMS functions as the central hub for managing and monitoring energy flow, ensuring optimal integration between the solar power plant (PV), battery storage, and the mineβs operational loads.
In this project, Syntek supplies key materials, including five units of PV inverters, four units of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with a total capacity of 860 kWh, and the EMS itself. All these components support stable and optimized operation of the solar power plant as part of the diesel-reduction initiative and overall energy efficiency improvement in the mining area.
The implementation of PV, BESS, and EMS technologies provides significant benefits for Kidecoβs operations. Beyond improving energy consumption efficiency, the system reduces fossil fuel usage, supports the diesel-reduction agenda, and strengthens the companyβs long-term sustainability strategy toward greener and more environmentally friendly operations.
