Monitoring & Control System for PLTS Hybrid 1.3 MWp

As PLN’s technology partner in the development of renewable energy, Syntek Energy & Control is very proud to be able to provide the best with its professional expertise in the field of monitoring control and automation. Syntek developed a Smart Microgrid Controller based on RTU & SCADA and integrated PV-Battery-Diesel in the Selayar Hybrid Solar Power Plant.

With an optimal control system, the Selayar Hybrid System can automatically determine dispatch scenarios, the loading of each plant, and the amount of compensation. This system also helps decision makers in evaluating the performance of electricity production in meeting energy consumption needs.

The construction of this Hybrid Solar Power Plant is PLN’s effort in encouraging an environmentally friendly new renewable energy mix and becoming a means of supporting the progress of tourism that is able to encourage the economic development of the community in the Selayar Islands. The inauguration of the 1.3 MWp Hybrid SOLAR POWER PLANT was carried out on April 15, 2022, which was marked by the pressing of the siren button and the signing by the General Manager of PLN for the Sulselrabar region with the Regent of the Selayar Islands and other PLN ranks.
